Returns & Refunds Policy

At Redux Coaching and Consultancy LLC, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality hypnotherapy and coaching services to help you achieve your goals and improve your well-being. We value your trust and satisfaction, and we want to ensure a clear understanding of our returns and refunds policy.

1. Payment and Cancellation Policy:

 

To ensure a seamless experience, all payments for our services will be processed at least 24 hours before each session through PayPal.

 

Advance Notice: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes, you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointments. To avoid any cancellation fees, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled session. 

 

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the session. 

 

2. Termination and Discontinuation:

 

Client's Right to Terminate: You have the right to discontinue our services at any time. However, we recommend discussing your decision with us to ensure a proper transition and to address any concerns you may have.

 

Hypnotist's Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate our services if we determine that continued collaboration is not in your best interest, or if there is a breach of our terms and conditions.

 

3. Refunds for Future Sessions:

 

We are happy to refund any payments made for future sessions that have not yet been conducted. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a refund for future sessions. 

 

4. No Refunds for Completed Sessions: 

 

Please note that we do not offer refunds for sessions that have already been conducted. The time, expertise and resources dedicated to your sessional non-refundable. 

 

5. Client Satisfaction:

 

Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you have concerns, we encourage you to communicate with us. We are committed to working with you to address any issues and find a solution that meets your needs. 

 

6. Rescheduling Sessions:

 

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice, and we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on diary availability. 

 

7. Exceptions:

 

In exceptional cases, such as an unforeseen emergency or extenuating circumstances, we may consider refund requests at our discretion.
